Titanium Cranial PSI

Medical-grade titanium cranial PSI for maximum strength.

Titanium Ti-6Al-4V ELI6 clinical indications
Patient-specific titanium cranial implant with micro-perforations for osseointegration, shown on a 3D skull model
Overview

About this device

Combines the strength of medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) with patient-specific design precision. Engineered from CT data and manufactured with micro-perforations to promote osseointegration and tissue ingrowth — the preferred choice for large defects, paediatric cases and situations requiring maximum structural rigidity.

Clinical indications

When it's used

  • Large cranial defects (>250 cm²)
  • Paediatric cranial reconstruction
  • High-impact trauma defects
  • Posterior fossa and skull base defects
  • Cases requiring maximum structural strength
  • Infected or failed PEEK cranioplasty revision
