Patient-specific cutting guides and fixation plates translate the virtual surgical plan into precise intraoperative execution. Custom guides locate osteotomy positions accurately, while matching PSI plates are pre-bent to the planned post-movement bone position — dramatically reducing operating time and improving reproducibility.
